Dear Editor,

Because I had the guts and gall to fight V.A. for my people given rights and benefits, a few brutal individuals in V.A. tried to destroy me. I live in deathly fear of V.A.

Veterans need some agency or court that is not under the thumb of V.A. For more than 19 years I tried to get an appeal adjudicated honestly. The Board of Veterans Appeal turned it down again last year.

In the process of arbitrarily denying my claim, V.A. told many people (President Kennedy and Johnson, and hundreds of state and U.S. Legislators that my claim was complete and intact)

Which is not true. V.A. has been systematically destroying vital portions of my V.A. file to arbitrarily deny me my blood earned V.A. benefits.

After telling Presidents, Legislators and many others that my V.A. file was complete and intact, The Board of Veterans appeals Washington was forced to admit that vital portions of my file was not in my file, was not available for proper consideration.

I have irrefutable proof (V.A proof) that V.A. has wrote Presidents and Legislators that my file was complete and intact. I have other letters that V.A. wrote Presidents and legislators that admit my file is not complete, not intact, that vital portions of my file are not available.

Nobody forced V.A. to tell these different "Tales" about my file. V.A. told these "Tales voluntarily for just one reason, to deny me right rightful people given benefits, and destroy me mentally, emotionally and physically.

Literally hundreds of people have seen conflicting V.A. letters. The originals are in a safe place there are hundreds of copies. I can prove V.A. has tried to kill me five times... hundreds know about this and have seen irrefutable proof.

The trouble with V.A. can be briefly stated: "What the American people with their infinite goodness gave V.A. to administer for our veterans V.A. arbitrarily presumes to own. Not so VA doesn't have  a penny to give me nor any other veteran, the people pay for everything  including those fat V.A. salaries.

The solution to V.A. can be briefly stated, also. We must forcibly divest V.A. of what V.A. has arbitrarily presumed ownership of .
